1. How do I go about ordering a cake online?
Simply head over to our Order Online page to get started. Choose your pickup date and 1-hour time slot, then select your favourite cake and customise it to your liking.
2. How much notice do you need for a cake order?
For our pre-designed cakes, all orders are freshly made to order and available for pickup from Welwyn Garden City, Thursday to Sunday, between 10AM and 2PM. To secure your order for the week, please place it by Monday at 8PM. Orders placed after this cut-off will be prepared for the following week.
For custom or bespoke cakes, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. This allows us time to plan your design, confirm details, and create something truly unique. You can get started by filling out our Custom Cakes form or messaging us directly.
3. Are your cakes allergy-friendly or suitable for dietary restrictions?
Our ready-to-order cakes are not gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan friendly at this time. For dietary-specific requests, we suggest you go the custom cakes route. Please get in touch through the chat or fill in our Custom Cakes form.
4. How do I pay for my cake order?
All payments for our ready-to-order cakes are made securely through our website at checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other trusted online payment options.
If you're ordering a custom or bespoke cake, we also offer the option to pay in cash upon pickup — however, a non-refundable deposit must be paid online to confirm your booking.
5. Do you accept last-minute orders?
We usually require a few days' notice, but feel free to message us via the chat— if we can fit you in, we will! Last-minute slots are dependent on availability.
